Terms and Conditions

Please read this before registering for our home delivery program.

Easy payment options- We accept Visa and Mastercard or you can pay cash or by cheque.

If choosing the credit card  option you can send your information through our secure website. Payments are processed once a week at the end of every week.

Cash and cheque payments are due upon delivery.  Cash payments must be in an envelop marked with your name and amount paid. This will assist us greatly in keeping accurate accounting records.

Thistle Farm reserves the right to suspend delivery at any time on overdue accounts. Interest will be charged on unpaid accounts over thirty days. There is a charge of $20.00 for NSF cheques and delivery may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.  If there is an error in your delivery or you are not satisfied with the quality of an item you have received you  must contact Thistle Farm within 24 hours to receive a credit.

All dairy products and coffee orders must be ordered by 10.00 am Monday morning the week of your delivery.

All boxes and bags are the property of Thistle Farm and are to be returned each week in good condition otherwise extra charges will apply.

All substitutions, cancellations or changes in delivery dates must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day.

While we make every attempt to ensure that the boxes are delivered at a convenient time it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that, once delivered boxes are adequately protected from the weather and animals. Also there are times when we have to make last minute substitutions so please indicate when you register any items that you never want to receive in your baskets.
