Satueéd Broad Beans with Basil

2 cups of shelled broad beans
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves crushed garlic

1. Heat oil in large frying pan over med high heat.

2. Add garlic then broad beans and cook for 5 to 10 minutes til tender, stirring occasionally.

3. Sprinkle fresh basil over beans just before serving and cook for 1 more minutes. Serve warm.
